Dick Smith Australia Tracking Order Status

Further to my problem with Dick Smith deducting $99 from my account, after I contacted Paypal again they have reviewed my original complaint and have decided that the transaction was not authorised and I have since received a refund of $99 from Dick Smith/Kogan

I got so air pods and they stopped working the day is got them Such a rip off don’t buy them

I had purchased a TV over a year ago that started to go faulty, I contacted Dicksmith hoping it would still be covered under warranty however I had passed this as it was only covered for a year. Rhob the customer service representative was amazing and advised they would still cover and replace the TV with a new one, he went out of his way to take me through the steps and order for the new TV to be delivered and also arranged for a courier to take the faulty TV back. This was so hassle free and didn’t have to put up a fight to get something I felt should be replaced or repaired with the TV being less than 2yrs old but some companies will put up a fight stating it had gone past the year warranty. Thank you so much, and will be purchasing again from Dicksmith.

Bought a smart band. Had very short battery life, just a day. Lots of back and forth and finally got an address to return it to. Never heard back about the band but did manage to get a refund on purchase price, but not the $25 postage. Recommend shopping elsewhere
