i was mailing a portion of my husband's cremated remains to be made into a memorial piece so it was an emotional moment for me- part of the address label covered the scanning number. Roberta in the Grayslake IL post office helped get it scanned after many attempts to do so!! I so appreciate her patience and persistence!! I have since received my beautiful memorial piece from the company!!

I want all you to know that there is a Angel in the Post Office in Interlachen, His name is Troy, always has a smile on his face, very attentive courteous, professional, kind, knowledgeable, and he makes you feel important. These are qualities of a excellent employee. I can only give him 5 stars but in my book, he has 20 stars across the bord. My mother received her birthday card after putting a note in the mailbox it wasn't marked when she received it but hey she can reuse the stamp and thankful she got it though it was a month late

Tiffany at the Houston Astrodome office gave us the best customer service we’ve ever received. My husband had to ship his father’s ashes and she was kind, compassionate and thoughtful. She was so careful packaging the urn and assured us the ashes would sit right beside her until they would be picked up. Tiffany personified humanity at its best!
