I had purchased a TV over a year ago that started to go faulty, I contacted Dicksmith hoping it would still be covered under warranty however I had passed this as it was only covered for a year. Rhob the customer service representative was amazing and advised they would still cover and replace the TV with a new one, he went out of his way to take me through the steps and order for the new TV to be delivered and also arranged for a courier to take the faulty TV back. This was so hassle free and didn’t have to put up a fight to get something I felt should be replaced or repaired with the TV being less than 2yrs old but some companies will put up a fight stating it had gone past the year warranty. Thank you so much, and will be purchasing again from Dicksmith.

waste of money, shocking attitude, hiding behind their sellers. I purchased seat covers for my car on Dick Smith website, they claimed that I actually bout it off their seller (in the fine letters) , I asked to pay for the return to get a refund and at the end the seller didn't want to refund, DIck Smith's or kogan's (they seem to be related these days) support just became unresponsive. 28/11/22- after a long correspondence and having the case reported to ACCC DS done the right thing and refunded me for the transaction despite their seller MotoEquipe taking zero liability .

My experience at dick smith has been wonderful I have bought two refurbished phones for a very low price (iPhone X and iPhone 12) my iPhone X I bought about two years ago and as it did take 1 week to ship it has lasted me up until now and the iPhone 12 has come in 2 days and in just as good quality
