It seems that my experience with DHL has been very different to mine. They delivered a bookcase to me today, which was a day earlier than expected, and it was exactly at the time they said they would be here. What also impressed me was that the driver carried the heavy parcel up to my first floor flat rather than just hand it over at the communal door. My worst experience with a delivery company is Yodel, they have been appalling. I purchased items from Dunelm and they told me the items would be delivered before June 24th. I waited last night after receiving an email telling me the items would be delivered between 7pm and 9pm but that didn't happen. Now I'm told delivery will be on June 28th. I had to chase them for this information!
