Track TForce Final Mile Packages & Parcels

Left my package in an open air vestibule on a very busy street; didn't ring buzzer or send any kind of email alert - despite me being signed up for delivery notifications. Only didn't get stolen because I was using a third party app to track the shipment. Glossier customers in Canada, be warned - DHL uses this company for final mile shipping so plan accordingly.

Worst delivery experience ever. Worst company to use this carrier. I’ll never shop online at zara if they keep using TForce. They don’t care about your money, time, packages. Its stressful to have your package stolen. It’s even more stressful when no one takes accountability. Carrier just leaves a $200 zara package in the lobby without buzzing my door. Not sure how he was even let into the building although he took the time to take a photo of my package he couldn’t care to ring my apt #. We are in lockdown so how am I supposed to know that a package was delivered at 9pm if the deliverer doesn’t buzz my door. It’s also insane to see the actual photo of my package left on the lobby floor! I had a tforce rep email me the picture. clearly the person was covering his part but had no regard whether the package gets to the actual person! what kind of delivery service is this. I hope this company goes bankrupt. I hope people stop shopping at zara. they are just horrible and steal people’s money.

Garbage company. I wish I could leave less than one star. They make zero effort to get your package to you or even notify you it has been delivered. And just toss your package in the general vicinity and where you live with the idea that it’s been delivered regardless of whether you know it’s there or not. Zara and Indigo both this company for shipping. Do with that information what you’d like. I would avoid any online shopping with them or do an in-store Pick-Up if you can’t live without either brand because 9 times out of 10 they’ll toss your package in a random area close to where you live and tell company you’ve purchased from that your package has been delivered without even letting you know or giving ANY notification whatsoever.

I ordered a package from Zara and it was being delivered by TForce, they marked my package as delivered even though the building security footage shows that no one attempted to deliver my package. When I called them they said it was delivered but quickly changed their tune when I told them that was a lie and I had proof. They then said they made a mistake and the package is out for delivery. It was out for delivery everyday for a week and I still haven’t received it. When you call customer service you are calling a call center on the other side of the world, reps hang up on you when they can’t answer your questions and they claim they are sending an email about your claim to dispatch and that is a lie as well. I called for an entire week only to be told my item was out for delivery but they told Zara that my item was delivered without incident causing Zara to close my claim for a missing package. They are liars and the service is incompetent, I’m pretty sure they lost my package but don’t want to take responsibility.

I have a dog. I can live without Amazon, but not without my dog.
