I had a fairly heavy lawnmower delivered, and the driver knocked on the door before delivering, I must say he was the best looking driver I've ever seen, I was mesmerised, he checked first with me and I managed to gabble out for him to take it down the drive and leave it by the gate. He was not only gorgeous, he was lovely with it. Dont get me wrong, I'm a 77 year old pensioner. Oh by the way, TNTs delivery was bang on time, and safely delivered, but I'm still wishing I were 50 odd years younger. Young man, you're in the wrong job, you should be a model!

Very good communication via email notification for my delivery and via their chat line. Driver used his initiative to reach me today despite the road being flooded.

Fast and affordable! Booked a TNT-economy shipment of my household (approximately 150kg in total) from Germany to the UK through the ParcelBroker online service. The boxes arrived in just 3 days. Havent unpacked them yet, but they all look fine from the outside. Modest list of prohibited items (so I did not have to pull out half of my stuff, as I would do with other companies). Shipment costs 1.5-3 times cheaper than average market price for a shipment like mine. Up-to-date tracking information. From the moment of the online booking and till having the boxes arrived it took only four working days. More than satisfied.

With my own personal experience I had no issues at all. I received a text this morning to let me know my passport would be delivered today and it was and without any issues.
