Purchased ice cream machine from Vevor on 7/5/23 with a delivery date of 7/10/23. Vevor updated its system on 7/5/2023 to confirm it placed the shipment order. 7/10/23 came and went - the item wasn't delivered. I reached out to Seko Logistics and Vevor by separate email. Vevor responded and apologized by offering a $30 refund in exchange for my patience. Seko Logistics ignored me. Seko Logistic's tracking website estimates delivery by 7/17/23. I am writing this review on 7/18/23. Seko Logistics has not responded to even one of my three inquiries. They have completely ignored me. Now Vevor is suggesting they will only refund me upon return of the machine! How am I supposed to assume responsibility to return something that I never received?! STAY AWAY FROM SEKO LOGISTICS AND ANY COMPANY THAT USES THEM!

Had a large order of clothing go missing with a retailer who partners with SEKO. It was left when no authority to leave was given in a visible area and the assumption is stolen. I went through the channels with the retailer to have the order replaced and this time went with AusPost so I could collect from the post office if not home. Tonight, at 8pm, I just had the courier turn up at my door and enter my front gate with a flashlight pretending to look for the parcel and then knock on my door and confront me whilst also implying there is no way I could have got a replacement so quickly. I had to shout at him to leave the premises. Never experienced something so unprofessional with a courier service in my life

Bought item from Coggles, who use Omniparcel (SEKO logistics). On tracking the item we found it is blocked at customs in Sydney. We received an email stating “ Due to the customs clearance laws imposed by AUSTRALIA, you are required to pay import duty/tax. Payment was paid via omnipay(SEKO) and another email was received “ Thank you for your payment on your The Hut Group Duty and GST Charges, We can confirm all your formal clearance liabilities for your country have now been cleared for this order.” Issue now is, that the item is still blocked in Sydney, retailer says that custom duties still need to paid and SEKO says they can’t help until the retailer raises an investigation which they had already. With these 2 companies under the THG banner, you would think they should be able to get their acts togethers. Well round and round we go. Totally frustrating
