I bought a T3 hat about 15 years ago and wore it always when hiking or fishing. It lived in my car and came to the rescue many times. What a company, what a hat!

I contacted Tilley March 28 about my husband’s Cotton Tilley hat, over 20 yrs old, which had a few small holes and worn areas. Customer service responded to my emails in less than 24hrs, I supplied photos and information requested, and April 4th, brand new replacement hat was delivered to our door! What a pleasure to deal with this company that honors its lifetime warranty and has such quick response.

Contacted Tilley after my husbands hemp hat of many years developed a worn edge and the rim suppot poked through. The hat wasn't registered as it was bought long before online registration was the norm so we feared the worst but after sending some requested photos the guarantee was honoured and a new hat has arrived in less than a week.
