I am a long time customer and have dealt a few times with Kiwico’s customer service, not just about mostakes in our deliveries but also pausing subscriptions, changing address, and finding items we had received and lost. They are always most helpful and one of the reason I am a loyal customer

I didn’t receive one of my crates. I reached out to customer support and had Luis reach out within a day informing me that they’re working on a replacement. I didn’t have to put up a fight or go into detail why I didn’t receive my crates for my daughter. Really appreciate being taken care of as a customer!

The agent went above and beyond after I provided more context on why my crate was returned to Kiwi, it wasnt because of wrong address but more a USPS issue. They reactivated my subscription and even decided to re-send the crate from months ago that got lost. Thank you so much

They were responsive, helpful and said they would send me a new piece( that was broke) for my daughters art spinner kit.
