I am a long time customer and have dealt a few times with Kiwico’s customer service, not just about mostakes in our deliveries but also pausing subscriptions, changing address, and finding items we had received and lost. I didn’t receive one of my crates. I reached out to customer support and had Luis reach out within a day informing me that they’re working on a replacement. I didn’t have to put up a fight or go into detail why I didn’t receive my crates for my daughter. Really appreciate being taken care of as a customer!

The agent went above and beyond after I provided more context on why my crate was returned to Kiwi, it wasnt because of wrong address but more a USPS issue. They reactivated my subscription and even decided to re-send the crate from months ago that got lost. Thank you so much

They were responsive, helpful and said they would send me a new piece( that was broke) for my daughters art spinner kit.
