zulily Tracking Order Status

I was an original Zulilly die hard shopper. Even if an order was off, customer service was fabulous! I was soooo excited to see the “ will be back soon” finally connect to an actual website, only to be totally disappointed by the product and prices. I would go to Zulilly before Amazon in previous years! Not a fan of Temu nor Shein. Hoping another reputable company will come back to fill the missing shopping link. ~~~~~~~~~ Edit***** inching up to 2 stars... 12/04/24 It seems our voices may have been heard. I retrieved the app after getting a few notifications that seemed old style Zu (app 'twas totally deleted with no regrets. Lol). Format is familiar. Sex toys no longer blatantly in my face. Categories contain a few known and trusted brands. Prices more reasonable. A little concerning that it now seems to be connected to the overstock, bed bath n beyond family ( how long might they be around?) , but willing to watch and see. Still miss the kitchen, home, arts and brand specific categories. Do prefer the " will last 3 day" types of sales, as it makes shopping on the app more like opening a surprise. Hope I didn't log into remnants of the old Zulily! There's potential here. Like I said, will wait and see.

I like the clothing,the shoes,everything is fantastic there is the thing about what materials some items are other than that I've haven't had any other problems and I could always return the items if I didn't like it

Sadly I have to agree with many rewievs on here, Zulily is not what it was years ago and there recent change is not for the better at all! I been shopping with Zulily for way over 10 years, I started back than because they had one of a kind european Brands on there, me being born and raised in Germany loved it. And very unique pieces too, sadly all are long gone even before Covid started. Everything on closing at least seems to be from China who don't seem to care about qiality prints, sizing and so on, I been more returning than buying lately, so saddened , I look every day and see very little new things mostly stuff I seen a million times just under a new category, and the new Brands they show are very expensive still. I have greatly decreased my shopping on Zulily not because I want too just they don't have anything I haven't seen and bought already! And many closing Items I have seen on Shein or temu for much cheaper, quality is the same and I got it so much faster! If they don't do some drasticly soon I'm afaraid it's another company lost, saddens me to say that!
