I like the clothing,the shoes,everything is fantastic there is the thing about what materials some items are other than that I've haven't had any other problems and I could always return the items if I didn't like it

I've had an account with Zulily for at least 5 years. I've ordered many things without a problem. One time I had to use customer service for the wrong size sent. It was dealt with efficiently and properly. I've never had false charges. Sometimes what you get can feel cheaply made,but if you read the description you get what is described. Lol. If you order a brand name item you get that brand name item. My only complaint would be that living in Canada you have to make sure it's actually a good deal to order from this company and not just buy it in store. Sometimes ship times are long but if you look in the FAQS you can learn how this business runs. They don't keep inventory so it ships out when they have all orders in. I like Zulily and I have found some neat things here.
