Zone3 Portugal Tracking Order Status

There was a bit of an error meaning zone3 could not fulfil my order. I was disappointed to say the least, however, the customer service advisor gave incredible service. `Although I have not been able to buy the item directly from them, they went above and beyond in order for me to get the item I paid for. Most companies would not do this. Can't wait to receive the item from another supplier.

Recently bought a wetsuit after following the size guide. Im 5’2 and 126lb so went for small. This was far too tight i couldn't get it on. Sent it back with no problem although disappointed at paying £6 odd for postage. As they don't do exchanges customer services were great as honouring the sale price i bought the original wetsuit for and i went on to buy the same but in a Medium. Absolutely gutted it still doesn’t fit, i can get my legs in but not my arms! Now about to start the process of returning again so will be paying another £6 postage. I give up! Maybe im just an odd shape?! I’ll have to try elsewhere now.

Second time I've bought a Zone 3 wetsuit/base layer and second failure. I cannot get a good fit and there's little / no flexibility / movement in it. Not good for swimming. Kept the last one, but sent this one back and won't be buying again. Other inexpensive brands have lovely soft flexible wetsuits so it can be done!

Fit on all size charts wrong x3 different wetsuits large and X-Large x2 all do not fit 5ft 9 73kg far too small .

Wetsuit has marks and a cut, sent email over a week ago and not had a reply. When needed help buying a product there were very responsive. Delivery took quite some time on this order
