Zone3 Portugal – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

There was a bit of an error meaning zone3 could not fulfil my order. I was disappointed to say the least, however, the customer service advisor gave incredible service. `Although I have not been able to buy the item directly from them, they went above and beyond in order for me to get the item I paid for. Most companies would not do this. Can't wait to receive the item from another supplier.

An easy process to locate & purchase products.

Used measure guides & ordered therm gloves and boots. Swiftly arrived but gutted as too small. Return process was easy & refund prompt but I’m £7 down as I had to pay costs of postage. 🙄 I’ve still rated as 5 ⭐️ as actual process was efficient but I’m disappointed & not sure if I’ll order replacements.

Product is amazing. Shipping was fast. One negative to the experience was the insanely high duty fees charged by the broker. I would encourage you to review your shipping methods to lower brokerage fees for international customers. Not likely to shop again due to fees.
