Zola Tracking Order Status

I would not give the company even one star as it should not be trading. It is a complete scam. Ordered 3 dresses at a cost of £100 as supposedly they were in a sale with huge discount. Only one was sent which had poor quality fabric, no label, unprofessionally made and took ages to arrive. I sent the dress back to the return address with accompanying letter and had also sent numerous emails. The other two dresses did not arrive in time for my holiday - over 3 weeks since ordering - not sure if they ever arrived as I asked my neighbour not to accept receipt of them. Still no refund. Appalling service, complete scam and, as stated earlier, the company really should not be trading. I think all emails sent from them in response to complaints are written by robots/AI as they do not address any concerns mentioned.

I ordered a shirt. Received emails to say it's on its way, so far nothing despite contacting them to ask where it is. Avoid this company.

Ordered and paid for earrings supposedly dispatched the next day................ Still waiting for them and I have emailed them but not had a reply. Also since ordering I seem to be receiving lot's of scam emails......... Might be a coincidence but makes me think probably not.

I used Zola for the cash registry. The site is a bit confusing as you cannot just go to Zola.com, login, and then see your gift tracker (where they keep all of the money sent to you and where you can choose to transfer it into your own account). Rather, you have to go to the URL that was created for you when you made the registry and then find the gift tracker from there. I have read not-so-great things about using Zola for things like cards and actual gifts but for the cash fund it was the best option that I found, actually, and in the end I was able to transfer all of the gifts safely into our account. If you are looking for a site for a cash registry for your wedding that doesn’t take an insane percentage from each gift, then this is a good option.

Tried using their site, and they are so aggressive in trying to push you into their registry, its crazy. it makes everything really hard to use and not user friendly. I went with say I do for invitations and wedding website, and didn't use a registry in the end at all, so Zola was no good for us.
