Zola – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I would not give the company even one star as it should not be trading. It is a complete scam. Ordered 3 dresses at a cost of £100 as supposedly they were in a sale with huge discount. Only one was sent which had poor quality fabric, no label, unprofessionally made and took ages to arrive. I sent the dress back to the return address with accompanying letter and had also sent numerous emails. The other two dresses did not arrive in time for my holiday - over 3 weeks since ordering - not sure if they ever arrived as I asked my neighbour not to accept receipt of them. Still no refund. Appalling service, complete scam and, as stated earlier, the company really should not be trading. I think all emails sent from them in response to complaints are written by robots/AI as they do not address any concerns mentioned.

I ordered a shirt. Received emails to say it's on its way, so far nothing despite contacting them to ask where it is. Avoid this company.

Ordered and paid for earrings supposedly dispatched the next day................ Still waiting for them and I have emailed them but not had a reply. Also since ordering I seem to be receiving lot's of scam emails......... Might be a coincidence but makes me think probably not.

It's a shame that I didn't look at Trust Pilot rating before I ordered these trainers from Zola . I'm having the same bad experience as others. The trainers are of very poor quality design, materials and manufacture. Can I give a zero star rating on Trust Pilot?

Ordered a shirt, received notification ordered placed, several emails stating it’s on its way. Then no delivery and an email saying it had been delivered, but no delivery note and asking me to contact the delivery company. But be information stating which delivery company an utter scam I believe
