Z Gallerie Tracking Order Status

We were so happy about finding a great dining table that was ready to ship. The shipping company let us know it had arrived at JFK but we were having trouble getting a delivery window. Karla at Z Gallerie was so supportive she called us back more than once and assured us they were on it. We love this table and the great customer service we got from everyone there. Many thanks.

Just like another person said - the smell. Had dresser and nightstands now for over A month. Still can’t sleep in the room. Have tried everything. The chemical smell is terrible. Wasn’t inexpensive. The smell is not lessening at all. Very concerned.

Just wanted to drop a quick note of thanks to Gabriel. Had placed an order on line for a few items and a couple of weeks went by without any shipping information. Gabriel was quick to respond to my inquiry and advised an item was no longer available but suggested a substitute. Sometimes things go wrong with shipping home furnishing items. At no fault of Z Galleries, a beautiful and fairly expensive rug we ordered arrived damaged and was not noticed until after the delivery team had left. Customer Support provided exemplary and preternatural service and, Karla in particular, is deeply appreciated for her patience and guidance that got us to a great outcome. These days, outstanding Customer Support routinely seems like a thing of the past, but Z Galleries and Karla proved otherwise. Thank you so very much!
