We were so happy about finding a great dining table that was ready to ship. The shipping company let us know it had arrived at JFK but we were having trouble getting a delivery window. Sometimes things go wrong with shipping home furnishing items. At no fault of Z Galleries, a beautiful and fairly expensive rug we ordered arrived damaged and was not noticed until after the delivery team had left. Customer Support provided exemplary and preternatural service and, Karla in particular, is deeply appreciated for her patience and guidance that got us to a great outcome.
