zenfolio Tracking Order Status

They've got a loading issue where the bottom part of the gallery does not load images to the client. This is frustrating as I've only just picked this up and who knows how many galleries I've sent out where the client hasn't seen all of the images I've edited. Very disappointed. Customer service has been pretty good which is why I've given them 2 stars and not 1 - they were quick with their responses and trying to help but still no solution. This is ultimately a problem for the developers to resolve and I have now switched providers as it's currently not a functional gallery provider.

Having used Zenfolio a few years ago, but not enjoying the experience I was a bit reluctant to look at them again for my new website. However the new platform really impressed me, and I've been very happy with the service over the last few months and ended up paying for a subscription when my free trial finished. The product isn't perfect, but better than the alternatives for my requirements. I've also found their support team to be really helpful and responsive, and I'm confident that they will work to keep improving the product based on customer feedback.

I just launched my new photography website with Zenfolio. It was so easy to set up and it looks amazing. Everything looks very professional. I can't wait for my clients to see their galleries. Happy Happy Happy customer!

So dissatisfied I was hoping to sell prints so signed up and spent hours building a site only to find there are no print labs in europe, this is not stated before you sign up so basically a scam. I shall be chasing a full refund. Really not happy that I wasted 10 hours if my life on this. Moving to squarespace asap. Update after a lot of support I have move to a UK account so can sell in UK using UK fullfilment not ideal but a move in the right direction, some of the support staff have been very helpfull

I've been for more than 10 years their customer. I've uploaded thousand of photos so I have a consistent part of my work there, to their advantage. They keep rising annual plan continuosly without any good reason, never an upgrade in my plan. From Europe website speed is always slow. Just a server with my files, not fast and good enough to showcase work.
