Very good customer service…

Today I was in Xfinity store in Orland park. Jose was the best! Helped me with my bill and answer my questions. Thank u, Jose. And today I spoke on a phone about my mistake in choosing TV plans with your worker Nora, she was amazing helper, very polite, solved my problem very quickly. Was pleasure to talk and get all answers. Thank u, Nora.

Good bye X after 17 years!

Xfinity lost our business after 17 years. First they lost our TV business because of poor quality signaling and terribly ineffective support. We now stream via Roku. In January 25, we experienced increased cycling, where they intermittently drop service. Very frustrating when you’re trying to do anything. We now use Mertonet. Lastly, they lost our cell business in February. When we dropped internet, they socked us with a $25/line increase. We now have Consumer Cellular at much less the cost.

I spent many years with Xfinity cable…

I spent many years with Xfinity cable TV service, never happy with customer service (their opportunity to upsell customers and sell contracts). Monthly charges frequently going up. So I cancelled cable TV and just kept Xfinity Internet. So far so good. NEVER going back to cable TV.

Great service/no customer service

I had mostly no problem setting up my Internet or my cell phone service. I have not had Internet for years and they have a special which was really good for Internet and phone that I could not pass up. However, their communication is zip. If you try to call the number for anything all you get is an AI and that AI won’t let you get to any actual person. It has three questions it always ask you and never what you need from them. The nearest Xfinity store for me to physically go to is an hour away. They need to level up their customer service department with just a chat. You can go to chat for setting up a new account, but if you try to talk to them about anything about setting up a new service date, say I’m sorry I can’t help you. You need to call the Xfinity number and go through them and then they hang up. It is so maddening and frustrating. I finally figured out everything on my own, and or just waited for them to contact me. Two things to take away from Xfinity: 1. Service is great on phone and Internet. 2. There is absolutely no customer service after the fact.
