I called Xfinity to see why my scheduled was canceled. A representative named Dawn took it upon herself to resolve the issue that a technician was scheduled to do. Dawn offered to see if I would let her resolve my issue. I said yes, even though I thought she wouldn't be able to because 2 previous representatives couldn't. Well I was wrong. Dawn resolved my issue. She not only resolved my issue she was very professional, knowledgeable and attentive to me. She explained everything to me in details as well as answered all my questions. Dawn would not give up on resolving my issue. She researched information until she figured it out. I am a happy camper thanks to Dawn. KUDOS TO DAWN!

💗If u r low income XFINITY has home Wi-Fi for $9.95/mo! It includes the modem & whatever exterior installation is needed including wire to the"pole". The guy(who was very nice&helpful) was here for over an hour and set it all up for me!With the Wi-Fi, I was able to lower my cell phone bill with METRO to $15/mo(unlimited talk/text&2G data)so I'm saving $30/mo! I've been using the Wi-Fi for 3 months & it's great!I can use my printer too!They send u an e-bill each month & u just log in & pay it!So easy,so affordable,what a needed break with everything sky high in last 3.5 years!Thank you XFINITY!💓💗💝💕

i am giving 5 stars only because i finally got connected to Lucas (a real person!). he was knowledgeable, patient, personable and truly wanted to help. AND, he spoke english! xfinity increased my bill from $231/mo to $265/mo w/o notice. their automated phone service was a nightmare! i found a site on the internet that advised callers to say "plan change" or "remove service" to get to a live person on their phone prompts. i got to Lucas and he helped us, managed to lower our bill, and should be commended! xfinity needs more people like him!
