With all the bad reviews given to the Wellington Xfinity store a little bid of salvation has come! When good talent joins your organization make it a priority never to loose them. I want to let Comcast know that the future of the Wellington store is not in a good place with the community. Because of the past incompetence and problems with the store staff. This store needs new management. With multiple problems and frustrations finally a shinning star at this store appeared. I need to tell this story because exceptional skill and service has to get noticed! Mr. Arathny Castro a diligent and respectful service tech at the Wellington Xfinity store has saved the day for not only me but many, many other Wellington customers. I'm hoping that this review gets to Ms. Amy Smith and Mr. Watson in Pennsylvania. Being an x-employee I know when we must try real hard to keep the ship afloat. Please promote this young gentleman. Make sure he becomes a fixture for Comcast. Amy don't loose Arathny! The Wellington store staff needs to learn and follow his honesty and demeaner. "even the store manager". Xxfinity in Lake Stevens at Frontier Village. The Staff at this store are awesome! Amazing, helpful and efficient! One representative in particular went above and beyond to help me Troya was so kind on a difficult day!

Todd made our Day!!! We were switching carriers, from Tmobile to Xfinity and it was insanely difficult! Without going into details, we were running into stumbling blocks at every turn. After our initial Xfinity visit, to try to resolve a few issues we had, we made two trips to Best Buy, one trip to WalMart, and four trips to TMobile. The telephone conversations to customer service at TMobile were so difficult to understand that it seems comical now. At the time, not so funny. Very, very difficult to get done what we needed to do to get switched over. We finally went to our local Xfinity story in Logan, Utah. We were helped by an associate named Todd. He was able to take care of all of our needs in this visit alone. He resolved all issues we were having, and we were incredibly relieved. Very courteous, very capable. Thank you Todd!

Ya get what ya pay for! I love Xfinity, pricey but worth it to me. Fast internet, a lot of channels, premium services available; the list goes on.
