Xerox Tracking Order Status

I ordered a Xerox WorkCentre 6515 DNI machine upon doing the setup it told me to change the password from "admin". When I tried to do this it keep tell me password was incorrect. Called tech support and they said try admin11, then 11111 and finally the serial number. None of those would work so after some investigation on the support end I found out that this Workcentre 6515 was registered to EXPEDICPORS INTERNATIONAL. I paid for a new machine and received a used printer. After getting 2 days of BS they said they would send me a new Workcentre 6515 and that they would send a RMA and UPS label to pick up the one I had. They without my permission charged my account again for the replacement printer so now I have $1300.00 tied up with them and they do not want to refund my money until after they receive the printer at their warehouse not when UPS picks it up. I requested my money back and only received this is our policy BS. From what I know it is against the law to sell used equipment as new and also to charge someones bank account without permission.

My previous comments and bad experiecen - it transpires - was to a number which does not belong to Xerox. I tried contacting again this morning only to find out it isnt Xerox but a private company who try to dupe people into sending out engineers to fix faulty electrical equipment and then overcharge. Some very dodgy people working at the company, all of who seem to be working on mobiles, out and about, likely un-monitored. I have no idea how I ended up on the phone to them, but lesson learnt. My inital reaction was merited, but should not be directed to Xerox so am updating Trust Pilot review accordingly since Xerox have done nothing wrong.

Hello everybody, Can anyone help me? I am trying to print from my chromebook but it doesnt work. I have connected my Xerox workCentre 3025 to the Wi-Fi and the chromebook as well. On the chromebook, when I am trying to pair my chromebook to the printer I have to select the printer and the model but it doesnt contains WorkCentre 3025 model. What can be the problem? I have also tried to print with usb cable but I cannot. For any help I will be thankful.

While Xerox printers and scanners are reliable on their own, if you do end up having a problem, their support is absolutely terrible and frustrating to deal with. Pray you never have an issue, or you're in for a headache.
