Whittard of Chelsea Tracking Order Status

Had occasion to complain about the quality of a mug recently received from Whittards, a gift for my husband. Initial immediate response from Sarann offering me a choice of suitable resolutions. Great Customer Service! I have been a long time customer of Whittard's and recently placed an order which didn't arrive. However, after contacting customer services through the online form submission, Sarann got back to me super quickly and sorted my issue out in a matter of moments. My order then arrived the next day thanks to Sarann's brilliant help!

Contacted customer service via email regarding a product and had a lovely lady called Sophie respond. She resolved the issue right away and was very friendly. All round brilliant service, one happy customer
