Had occasion to complain about the quality of a mug recently received from Whittards, a gift for my husband. Initial immediate response from Sarann offering me a choice of suitable resolutions. However, after contacting customer services through the online form submission, Sarann got back to me super quickly and sorted my issue out in a matter of moments.
