I previously provided a review where I was waiting for confirmation on a Change Request I had submitted & it was taking a long time. I did finally get an email confirming my change request had been accepted. There was an cost increase involved from the airline which I new was a possibility & I was happy to accept & pay this. I have since received an email notifying me that this price increase has been refunded & my change request has gone through at no additional cost. So, in the end, everything has been sorted which I am happy about...it just took a long time.

I have used Webjet many times in the past (pre-covid) & never had any issues. I now have upcoming domestic flights in August with connecting flights both ways. I received notification that 2 of these flights have had a change of itinerary. I appreciate being informed of that, however, they now don't work well with the connecting flights. I have submitted a Change Request for these flights to better suit my needs. The first request was sent 6 weeks ago & I've still heard nothing! I understand that there is a high volume of customer requests but 6 weeks is getting ridiculous!!! The trip is fast approaching & I need to organise car hire & accommodation, which I can't do until I know if my change requests have been accepted. It's very frustrating not knowing if & when I will get a reply. I'm not sure that I will use webjet again.

I understand these current times are busy. Just not able to confirm x4 flights online and not able to contact anyone... On hold for x3.5 hours... Online help was also usless. Just book with flight center... easy to contact and talk to a human within 10 to 15min.. Kind Regards Fabian

I don't know what these people are talking about saying that they are even talking about saying that Webjet is bad. The customer service is ok as long as you have the patience. Here's what I think about the people who condemn Webjet: "Why don't you try running a travel agency?"

I have a flight at 7am tomorrow that I'm trying to cancel due to covid testing today. I've been on hold 1:45 min - rep Marco was hard to understand at times and kept complaining about internet connection issues at his end - the actual call with the agent took an additional 45 minutes....and now I have to wait up to 12 weeks for a refund. However the wait times are ridiculous and there was no apology for it from the consultant.
