I don't know what these people are talking about saying that they are even talking about saying that Webjet is bad. The customer service is ok as long as you have the patience. Here's what I think about the people who condemn Webjet: "Why don't you try running a travel agency?"

Avoid using Webjet at all costs all the bad reviews are a testimonial to how bad this mob really are it’s almost like an online scam

To anybody who has been refused a refund due to covid or sickness etc take it through your bank they will retrieve the money back for you Through the source you paid To through your credit card also you must always have travel insurance whenever you go overseas in case things happen

Its stressful having travel plans during the era of corona virus for however long this thing lasts but I've found the communications and process of getting everything rearranged for me and my family to be top notch through this mob

Webjet is great. I made an error and missed a flight. Something went wrong and was overcharged for the changes but within two weeks they refunded the error. They got me back home with the corona virus with just a slight adjustment to the return flight. Will definitely book with Webjet again.
