Wayfair Tracking Order Status

I ordered pricey hardware (4 handles, $114.) and decided to cancel order when I found out they were on backorder & decided on another type. Within a week I got the ones I thought I'd cancelled and when I went to return them, was charged a $21 return fee! Small pkg of 4 cabinet handles, $21!!! I buy from Wayfair often but have never experienced this total rip off...can understand if it's a large furniture item but small lightweight box?

Beautiful kitchen card, easy to assemble with step-by-step instructions provided. Nice materials throughout. lots of enclosed storage and shelf space. Nice addition to kitchen or pantry space.

Everything went very well sad to say, this was a return. The delivery guys were very nice and friendly.

I recently purchased a home office desk from Wayfair. Absolutely in love with it! Came exactly as described and didn't take long to assemble. If you follow the directions which are clear and direct it won't be a problem. And shipping time was great!

I have ordered THREE different brands of towels from here, and not once has the color matched the photo. And they don't pay for shipping on returns! I've now paid enough for another set of towels on return shipping. Very disappointing. If you're not too picky on color or quality, sure, buy from here. But if you like attention to detail go somewhere else.
