Yesenia went over and beyond to help me get the right plan for me. She didn’t stop until we figured it out! She heard a coworker be extremely rude towards me and she stepped right in taking over the situation and getting me the perfect plan for me she was beyond pleasant and a delight to talk to.

The check-in process was simple and easy at the Hampton Inn at Logan. Then the fiasco of getting as many people as you can on the two hotel shuttles to get to the airport. Way DOES NOT have any of their own transportation and solely uses the Hampton Inn Shuttles. Two people were left behind since BOTH SHUTTLES were full. Now you wait another 1/2 hour for the shuttles to return. Once you return you call the number provided and the same two shuttles pick-up at the airport (every 30 minutes) EXCEPT when you call and are told the shuttle will be there in 10 minutes and you wait 50 minutes because the shuttle drives right past your entire group due to the shuttles being at capacity. They operate a parking facility with a 30 minute shuttle that CANNOT handle the traffic. Return finally to the Hampton Inn and you are handed your key and told where you can go and look for your car ??? REALLY ??? Absolutely save yourself some trouble and an extra 2 hours of aggravation buy only booking with a reputable site. You get what you pay for.

After talking with a supervisor, I received the needed support Prior to talking to supervisor this was my review: Horrible customer service. I was double charged due to a website issue (blank page after submitting, no obvious confirmation and then reloading of the site). I made reservation about 10 mins prior to check in. Tried chatting with customer service but site wasn’t working with the chat. Finally found their phone number 2 minutes after check in and they wouldn’t cancel the duplicate reservation because it was past check in. They told me to email them. Tried that multiple times and just got no’s and that $34 of way’s money is more important than doing the right thing.
