WAWWA Tracking Order Status

I’ve bought quite a few things from this company and the clothes are always of the highest quality. I haven’t taken the zama pants off since I purchased them! They also shortened them to fit my petite size. If delivery had been quicker I would easily give 5 stars. Staff were very responsive to my emails so not too fussed about waiting longer for items to be delivered given they’re made to order. They were also transparent about issues they were having which was appreciated. Great company doing great things and I will order again.

Would've loved to give 5 star but after 1/2 months i haven't received what i ordered. I've been able to buy some of their clothes on zalando and it was much better but their website is a big nono, especially for the not so clear refund policy. Hopefully i will be able to get my money back from the credit card company. In conclusion: their clothes are of great quality but their customer service is nonexistent, if you want to buy their stuff go on other websites. Edit: So today i received the t-shirts i bought and I'm gonna give three stars because of the quality, they are really great. Hopefully wawwa will read this review and keep improving because they are definetely passionate about what they are doing :)

The clothing is really great quality, and I support the company's ethics to reduce waste and help the planet, unfortunately, the customer service greatly lets them down. One of the items I ordered never showed up after waiting the 21-day dispatch period - it's now been almost 3 weeks since I contacted the team to query it and I'm still waiting for the problem to be resolved. The team seems friendly, however, the company as a whole feels very disorganised and somewhat unprofessional.

EDIT: Free replacement was offered after further contact from support. Arrived without problems this time Order never arrived and customer support is non-existent, ignoring multiple emails.

I have to say that, for the most part, I have always been satisfied. I can't understand the many bad reviews here. Yes: the delivery has sometimes taken quite a long time up to two weeks. And I never had to send anything back, because the things have always fit and the quality was also appropriate. Especially the bucket hat and white T-shirts, are things I really like to wear from Wawwa. However, things are often sold out. Please continue to make such good art work and provide regularly for supply in good quality. Greets from Germany
