I had an ongoing issue for 5 months. They didn't ship for a good 2.5 months not replying to the emails wondering where my items were. I had spent 200 pounds on their business and they didn't even have the decency to respond. First time I tried on the trousers the button on the bottom of the leg popped off. I didn't even bother mentioning this to them as I know it would go nowhere and end up being a complete waste of my time. the other item I asked to send back and get refunded. They responded with the address and I sent them back. For a couple of months with no responses, they didn't refund me. It was only until opened a PayPal claim and suddenly 30 minutes later I had an apology and refund with a voucher on top. It's a really big shame that they only bothered to apologize and reply when an official claim was made. All was blamed on the 'christmas chaos'. It was late march at this point. The company itself has some nice clothing. But to be treated in such a way is really not fair and disrespectful. Big contrast to the values they present on their social media... I know I was not the only one but there was a ridiculous amount of other people like me that had the same issue. I was even communicating on social media working out what to do. Absolutely ridiculous. Anyway, sorted now and I hope they change and treat their customers better.

Honestly I don’t know where to begin with this diabolical company. On going issue since February. Basically called me a liar due to their fabric actually shrinking. Then yesterday after waiting God know how long again for a replacement pair they send the wrong colour!! 1000% on purpose, they offer nothing in terms of any apology, nothing. These people clearly have been dragged up rather than brought up with decency, manners and respect to their customer. So disinterested, disingenuous and frankly rude. I’ve never hated a company before, well McDonalds, but these “people” take the biscuit. Stay well away. 0-10000000000 In response to your claim, you did because you flatly refused to believe your trousers could shrink when they did. I’ve contacted every stockist of your cargo and everyone has confirmed they are still green and not the awful brown you accidentally on purpose sent me due to my last review. Keep the money towards some customer service training and I’ll use the brown for the only thing it’s good for.

I’ve bought quite a few things from this company and the clothes are always of the highest quality. I haven’t taken the zama pants off since I purchased them! They also shortened them to fit my petite size. If delivery had been quicker I would easily give 5 stars. Staff were very responsive to my emails so not too fussed about waiting longer for items to be delivered given they’re made to order. They were also transparent about issues they were having which was appreciated. Great company doing great things and I will order again.

EDIT: Free replacement was offered after further contact from support. Arrived without problems this time Order never arrived and customer support is non-existent, ignoring multiple emails.

I have to say that, for the most part, I have always been satisfied. I can't understand the many bad reviews here. Yes: the delivery has sometimes taken quite a long time up to two weeks. And I never had to send anything back, because the things have always fit and the quality was also appropriate. Especially the bucket hat and white T-shirts, are things I really like to wear from Wawwa. However, things are often sold out. Please continue to make such good art work and provide regularly for supply in good quality. Greets from Germany
