Waves Audio Tracking Order Status

They have an amazing tech support,im in the UK and they have a FREE number to call overseas. i wated 4 minutes, and was helped by uriah. He was so so helpful, i had so many questions for him, and he explained them to me, in such a calm, precise and professional and helpful manner. his attitude to his work and customers is 100%. going from being VERY confused about the product before i called, after the call, i have enough knowledge from uriah, that i feel totally at ease... i will certainly recommend this company to my musical friends, and i will happily spend money with this awesome company. and the products they sell, ( plug ins ) have changed my game musically. second to none. thank you

The plugins are good, and the price seems ok, until you discover that their business plan is to squeeze a lot more money out of you. You think you can use the plugins forever, but they stop working after a while if you don't pay to renew the subscription. I forgot how bad the update plans are until I bought another plugin this black week and was reminded of the number of plugins I can't use anymore because the subscription period is over. I paid for them because I wanted to use them - not because I wanted to be fooled.

I purchased few plugins during Black Friday deal. Customer Support was willing to help me with an issue. The plugins are great, but it's definitely better to try them out first through demo versions. Some of their plugins might have similar price, but provide vastly different value (e.g. one of them is like 4 times better).

The company is operated by uncompassionate employees. I purchased the plugin Clarity Vx Pro at $249 on September 27 2022. Not more than 24 hours later Waves Audio hosts a promotion 'Spend $120 Get 3 Plugins'. I made a request to the sales administrator if I can be offered the promotion since I made a purchase exceeding $120 less than 24 hours ago. The sales administrator responded quickly denied my request. Terrible company operated by people acting like robots. ----- Update. I revised my rating from 1 star to 2 after Waves Audio granted my request. I had to email a complaint through their employment form regarding the employee who handled my case.

I bought a plugin and tried to install for Cubase. The instructions make no sense and nothing I've tried will get them to work. Talking to tech support, the guy was telling me how good their hub is, how it's so easy to use etc. and that they're major players along side Native Instruments, Steinberg, etc. Well, I beg to differ. I spent 3 hours trying to install a plugin....a plugin!!!! Never in my years of making music have I spent that sort of time. I've now given up and resigned myself to the fact I've lost my money. Very sad and I'm bloody furious. UPDATE: When I finally got to chat with someone that gave me proper instructions, it all worked so, actually, I'd give the plugin 5 stars but because of the absolutely awful online instructions, you're only getting 3.
