They have an amazing tech support,im in the UK and they have a FREE number to call overseas. i wated 4 minutes, and was helped by uriah. He was so so helpful, i had so many questions for him, and he explained them to me, in such a calm, precise and professional and helpful manner. his attitude to his work and customers is 100%. going from being VERY confused about the product before i called, after the call, i have enough knowledge from uriah, that i feel totally at ease... i will certainly recommend this company to my musical friends, and i will happily spend money with this awesome company. and the products they sell, ( plug ins ) have changed my game musically. second to none. thank you

I purchased few plugins during Black Friday deal. Customer Support was willing to help me with an issue. The plugins are great, but it's definitely better to try them out first through demo versions. Some of their plugins might have similar price, but provide vastly different value (e.g. one of them is like 4 times better).

Once you’ve got as many Waves plugins as I have, most of the special deals tend to be a bit of a time consuming waste of time. The reason: These “Buy Something, then Get Something Else for Free” deals tend to lead to discovering that I have everything that’s in the freebies list. So, more of a discount is better for us. Or, maybe some sort of discount on the Update Plan! … or hardware! … or a book! Just recently, I bought something with the plan of using its Voucher toward purchasing Abbey Road Studio 3. Surprise! Guess which plugin is one of the only ones you can’t use a Voucher on? Dang! So, all my Vouchers (actually ended up with several) ended up being useless! There must be a way of also rewarding those who have an extra large amount of your plugins! Fortunately, Studio 3, which was one of the only plugins not included in various “Everything’s $29.99!!!” Sorts of deals finally dropped down to that price range and I got it. Until then, however, it had been a frustrating holdout in extra low discounts, vouchers, and whatever else. Well, anyway, it would be nice if there was some sort of way for us “Waves Hogs” ( :-) ) to not feel so left out in all the deals. Of course, just the fact that we’re Waves Hogs should indicate that you must be doing something right! We just don’t want to feel left out.

Every time I buy something from Waves my confidence in them grows. I've been building up my home studio (for audiobook work) and their plug-ins are ESSENTIAL. I had some questions before purchasing and customer service was really helpful.
