WalmartPetRx Tracking Order Status

You can only cancel an autoship by calling them. Is it 1995? The whole point of ordering online is for the convenience and self-manageability of being able to make changes to your own account. I only ordered from them once and the box of sterile IV solution arrived partially open and damaged. Two stars instead of one for friendly customer service - it took them a while to get back to me via e-mail but they did refund the order. The live chat isn't exactly live... you have to wait for someone to answer it which seems to take several minutes each time I tried. Going on 10 minutes right now, which gave me plenty of time to write this review!

Ordered online Thursday. Shipped Friday, two day shipping. Received product on Monday as promised. Good customer service.

I’m only giving two stars because my first order went smoothly. I paid the $22 for 1 day delivery and it came on time, without a hitch. The second time I used the free 2 day shipping. I placed the order wednesday morning. My vet approved it same day. I should have checked, I really should have checked. On Saturday I take a look at the order status and it’s still processing. No problem. I wait until Monday and call my vet to make sure it was approved and it was. Called customer service and they said they couldn’t even find my account let alone my order number and then wanted me to give my full credit card details over the phone. Clicked on the number straight off of the mobile website, I’m sure it was correct. Finally I just use the live chat on the website. They say that it’s already been shipped and the website just hasn’t updated. Well the website didn’t update until 5a this morning (Tuesday). Apparently it arrived in the distribution center at 7p yesterday, however I will not be getting my dogs medication until Thursday :). I have been up since 12 in a panic. Today will be the second day that my dog will be without his heart medication. I’d also like to note that I spent over $100 dollars on this order. I drained the last bit in my account to get my baby not even a full month’s worth of meds only to find out that I was screwed from the beginning. Hopefully I can work something out with my vet when they open

I did receive my order right away with 2-day shipping. My complaint is that after signing up for auto-ship, it turns out when they ship it out again they can charge you whatever they want....NOT the price you originally paid for it. Turns out with my next order they will charge me $25 more. I am cancelling and never using them again. If they try to charge me the extra discount I got for ordering autoship I will dispute it with my credit card company. It is a racket. You are led to believe you will receive the same price you paid with autoship but instead they will raise it to where I can get it cheaper from my veterinarian. Never again.

The company is 1000$ wonderful! Two weeks ago something was sent to me. Medicine for one of my cats - the price is 180.00. And they need to be kept cold. But the FedEx didn't tell me it was delivered and they put in the wrong place. So when I found it, it was hot which killed the medicine. So I contacted the Walmartpetrx about the problem and WOW they have sent me this again but I didn't have to pay for it. Yes they are very wonderful!
