WalmartPetRx – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Ordered online Thursday. Shipped Friday, two day shipping. Received product on Monday as promised. Good customer service.

The company is 1000$ wonderful! Two weeks ago something was sent to me. Medicine for one of my cats - the price is 180.00. And they need to be kept cold. But the FedEx didn't tell me it was delivered and they put in the wrong place. So when I found it, it was hot which killed the medicine. So I contacted the Walmartpetrx about the problem and WOW they have sent me this again but I didn't have to pay for it. Yes they are very wonderful!

Neither Chewy nor 1800petmeds had the prescription flea preventative that I needed so I tried Walmart Pet Rx. I placed my order by phone, which was very easy. The wait time was brief and the person who took my order was patient and pleasant. I placed the order on Monday and they immediately contacted my vet office for approval and the pills were in Wednesday's mail. Cost was the same as the other companies and there was no charge for 2 day mail. Their service was excellent for me and I plan to use them again.

I ordered two pet enemas that my pet was unable to use because she was terminally ill. We had to have her put down later that month (July). The Walmart PetRX person was kind and sympathetic and comped the shipping of the box back to their Florida location a few days ago (August). Chewy didn't even have the pet enemas to begin with and that's why I tried Walmart PetRX.

We order a monthly subscription of an anti-inflammatory medication recommended/prescribed by our vet through Walmart PetRX. We’ve never had a problem in the past. This Christmas 2020 everything was delayed due to Covid and everyone shipping presents. Our dog did not miss a pill because Walmart PetRX shipped our next month’s RX super early so that there were interruptions. Thank you very much! Our old girl needs her medicine everyday or her hips hurt so badly she can barely walk. We appreciate the thoughtfulness in early shipping.
