Wall Monkeys Tracking Order Status

Unimpressed by the uncaring/defensive approach to customer service so I would not purchase products again from this company. The response provided to a late shipment did not include empathy for the inconvenience, taking ownership of the issue, or offering a sincere apology for the trouble. Companies should resist the urge to evade, defend, or accuse when a customer is disappointed. The goal is to resolve the customer's issues not inflict more frustration.

Excellent product line which I found useful in designing and creating a new application to supersized picture framing.

I purchased two decals, on separate occasions -- they both arrived with exceptionally protective packaging, and ahead of the anticipated delivery dates. They are easy to apply, reposition if necessary and are made of very substantial material, not at all 'flimsy' or 'delicate'. Very impressed with the workmanship and quality of the products. Will absolutely use this company again!

So just recently my girlfriend and I purchased a mural from the wallmonkeys site...bad decision...we should have just got it on Amazon but we didn't think we'd have the issues that we've had starting with our tracking number or lack thereof a number...for 3 days we had no emails sent to us telling us where our product was or if it was even shipped so we call them up which by the way they outsource to some answering call center where the people have no clue of how to conduct business or do they have much knowledge of wallmonkeys merchandise... Strange right...well not only that but we called several times we finally got a manager that didn't help us out and the only thing she said was I'll have to talk to another manager to see what they could do...No apologies no I'm sorries nothing to keep our business...we told them about the tracking number not showing for 3 days then when it did it said it was untrackable not cool!!!We told them about the run around they gave us ...basically wallmonkeys is not on their game nor do they seem like they care very much so my advice for people reading this and still thinking about goin through them I would say get it through Amazon not wallmonkeys directly or you could be the next frustrated person writing a review
