Wall Monkeys – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

In the past I’ve always been super super satisfied with Wall Monkeys in the decals I ordered, but however, I just ordered five wall decals, which were expensive of my great grandchildren when I received them two of them had been cut out three of them was a square picture, so I contacted the company and no let me explain. I did not give any details because in the past form of order from Wall Monkeys I’ve never give instructions or comments didn’t know I was supposed to and they’ve always been cut out when I received them but two of them were cut out three of them was a square picture when I contacted the company Jamie N she said she made the decision because I didn’t give any instructions to make three of them Square pictures and two of them cut out when I told her I wanted them all no refunds or they won’t redo them because they were a custom order. I asked to talk to a supervisor and she told me no she checked with her supervisor and her supervisor agreed with her again I asked for a supervisor again she refused. I called the company. Unfortunately I got Jamie on the phone who said well you know I made this decision. What I thought thought was best. The pictures were beautiful. That’s why I made them square pictures, and the football players most people want as a cut out and that’s why I did it that way and I said but they don’t match. I wanted them all to match all five so when I put them on the wall they would match again ask her to transfer into a supervisor. She told me she wasn’t available and wouldn’t talk to me she take my number and she get back with me which the supervisor never did and Jamie sent me an email and saying sorry you know we redo the two football players as the square picture , if you want a real refund just those two I didn’t want I did I would’ve just copied the pictures off at the photographer shop and hung them on my wall for probably less than $20 for all of them. I want to cut out so be real careful about dealing with Wall Monkeys because right now I’m really really unsatisfied and upset and if you have to deal with Jamie, you’re in serious trouble.

I didnt even know you could mess up stickers this bad! I ordered custom stickers at 3x5 inches. It looks like someone tore the edges instead of cutting them. Half have the top 1/3 cut off, they're unusable. And their customer service email does not work-- i got a bounce back email saying they dont monitor it. So dont list it on the website? DONT ORDER.

Excellent product line which I found useful in designing and creating a new application to supersized picture framing.

I purchased two decals, on separate occasions -- they both arrived with exceptionally protective packaging, and ahead of the anticipated delivery dates. They are easy to apply, reposition if necessary and are made of very substantial material, not at all 'flimsy' or 'delicate'. Very impressed with the workmanship and quality of the products. Will absolutely use this company again!
