Vivid Seats Tracking Order Status

I asked a question to customer support and was just given a copy and paste answer rather than a specific answer to my question, still waiting to receive my tickets but event is in December currently July.

I paid $210 for each seat. The persons right next to me told me they used vivid and paid 125. The persons on my other side paid $80. I won’t buy tickets from your site again for concerts cause it’s apparent that as the concert gets closer you Jack up prices.

Was so happy to be able to buy tickets last minute for my daughter’s birthday. Thank you for providing a safe way to get tickets. Fees are high but was relieved to just be able to buy them. Thank you!

Hard to write a review for something I have not seen yet. I ordered 4 seats, 16 were available for the row, and I still do not know what seats I have in that row. It would be foolish of me to assume that I have the first two seats at the beginning of the row.

I got my tickets super quick but the link didn’t work. I called them and they were really helpful, sent me a new link and I got my tickets within minutes of calling.
