Was so happy to be able to buy tickets last minute for my daughter’s birthday. Thank you for providing a safe way to get tickets. Fees are high but was relieved to just be able to buy them. Thank you!

I got my tickets super quick but the link didn’t work. I called them and they were really helpful, sent me a new link and I got my tickets within minutes of calling.

Experience is easy enough and access to shows I’d love to see, servicing fee it pretty high though.

Price options are better than competing services but a few of your competitors provide exact seat numbers during the purchasing process. This is helpful if one wants to purchase specific seat locations like an aisle seat and avoid middle of a row. Easy purchasing process and retrieval of tickets via the mobile app. Nice mobile app too.
