Everyone was absolutely amazing and lovely. The optician who attended to me (Atika) was very patient and she explained everything to me clearly. She addressed all my worries and concerns completely. Also, when it came time to pick my glasses frame, Dotty was an absolute star. She made the whole process a breeze. Very friendly with excellent customer interaction. Overall, it was an excellent time and I was very impressed.

needed new glasses as I had broken my old pair and the people were lovely and helped me find a pair I loved, only concern is they didn’t understand what I was referring to when I was saying “blue light” in reference to computer screens.

Waited 25mins for pre booked eye test which meant shop was closing when I came out so I felt rushed to choose frames and lens options. Many of the younger staff sat around chatting loudly giving a very unprofessional feel to this branch. The optician was good and helpful
