Everyone was absolutely amazing and lovely. The optician who attended to me (Atika) was very patient and she explained everything to me clearly. She addressed all my worries and concerns completely. Also, when it came time to pick my glasses frame, Dotty was an absolute star. She made the whole process a breeze. Very friendly with excellent customer interaction. Overall, it was an excellent time and I was very impressed.

needed new glasses as I had broken my old pair and the people were lovely and helped me find a pair I loved, only concern is they didn’t understand what I was referring to when I was saying “blue light” in reference to computer screens.

I visited the Central Lincoln Branch to get my daughter's eyes tested. From entering to leaving, all staff were attentitive, helpful and professional. The Optometrist and the team were so lovely towards my daughter, who had a bit of a meltdown when eye drops had to be applied. The Optometrist had a lovely way with interacting my daugther. Admittedly, this coud be a unique characteristic to the individual, but credit where credit is due. The lady helping us find the right pair of glasses was fantatsic as well; really supportive, engaged towards my daughter and us as parents, providing a friendly and professional service. In a time where good customer service seems lacking, it was so nice to see it alive at Vision Express! From my experience, you should go to Vision Express.
