Visible Tracking Order Status

OMG!!!!! This is the best thing that's happened to me in a long time. I use the hotspot for internet, phone, and tv. It costs me $275 TOTAL a year!!! I am saving about $400 a year because I don't have to have an ISP. HOORAHHHH Something good happened!!!!

What gives with all the negative reviews? If you want better customer service, pay full price elsewhere. But for me, I'll live with almost nonexistent customer service to be on Verizon's fast towers, with unlimited data (albeit not full speed guaranteed), for very little money. And if you want guaranteed speed during peak hours, you can pay the extra ten bucks a month, but to just watch youtube, you don't need to.

Ater yet another horrible experience trying to communicate with Visible I am leaving a review here. Last month Visible was unable to port my number in repeatedly, kept asking me to call my provider and do it myself, which I succeeded at after a week and my third phone call to my old provider who said Visible was just not giving them the right address or zip code. Visible never admitted that my previous provider sim was 100% still active all this time, or that their 'workaround' was putting a new phone number on my sim in the meanwhile. They refused to give me a scheduled callback that they requested. The FCC is involved in this incident. I paid for this week of misery because Visible did not even admit that my previous phone service was still active due to their inability to port the number. I spent hours on 'chat' and phone calls. FCC said I was to receive Visible's response/solution information. When I asked for it today Visible said they need to know WHY I want this information. They did not give it to me.

I have had this service for so long, I think I was one of the first customers. I love it because it is unlimited and I live in an area with good coverage. I did not have coverage when my family traveled to Kentucky, but that was the only time.

Its branding they by Verizon so I believe Verizon should keep their reputation by providing the great service. For individual without contract their unlimited might limited speed with $25 is great offer till now.
