OMG!!!!! This is the best thing that's happened to me in a long time. I use the hotspot for internet, phone, and tv. It costs me $275 TOTAL a year!!! I am saving about $400 a year because I don't have to have an ISP. HOORAHHHH Something good happened!!!!

What gives with all the negative reviews? If you want better customer service, pay full price elsewhere. But for me, I'll live with almost nonexistent customer service to be on Verizon's fast towers, with unlimited data (albeit not full speed guaranteed), for very little money. And if you want guaranteed speed during peak hours, you can pay the extra ten bucks a month, but to just watch youtube, you don't need to.

I have had this service for so long, I think I was one of the first customers. I love it because it is unlimited and I live in an area with good coverage. I did not have coverage when my family traveled to Kentucky, but that was the only time.

Offer 15 days trial without credit card just email sign up, take their plan with very quick and can port my existing number without hassle. I don't think why so many negative reviews!! Its branding they by Verizon so I believe Verizon should keep their reputation by providing the great service. For individual without contract their unlimited might limited speed with $25 is great offer till now.

Reviews in the mobile phone biz are relative. They are all low. None of the providers even rate a 2. I give them a 4 star rating. 5 for reliability of the service once it is activated. 1 for the broken activation process that I have been through multiple times. Let me add at this point that their support by chat actually works. This is coming from someone involved with technology and loathes support by chat. It is the only company I have seen that actually delivers support successfully using this method. They respond quickly. They get to the point and don't ask stupid questions over and over. They are able to access your account quickly so you don't have to enter the basic info. We switched 6 lines from T-Mobile to Visible over the past 6 months. Two of the lines also have Apple watch cellular support. Porting of our numbers was fast (minutes). The challenge is with the activation process that often fails. The directed process in their app looks easy. It fails at the activation screen. That can only be resolved by chat support. Be prepared for the worst. When you are ready to make the switch, be near a computer to make communication easier when it fails. Login to your Visible account on the computer or tablet and open a chat with their support when/if it fails. Don't waste time with the bot portion. Select something else. The bot responses to activation problems is useless. One line in particular was difficult because of confusion in the order process. I wanted a physical SIM. They delivered service with eSIM. Probably my bad. Checked the wrong box. Getting that straightened out was a little challenging since you don't actually talk to a human. In the end, it was sorted by their website chat and facebook messenger. After the switch, all has been 100% reliable across all lines. Good coverage multiple road trips covering about 15 states. Coverage at my home in the Phoenix metro area is better than previous T-Mobile cellular and 5G coverage. Verizon/Visible 5G UW is blazingly fast. Visible service comes with a promise of discounted Verizon 5G Home internet. Check availability before you make the switch based on this alone. Your address might not support it. Furthermore, it might not be supported hours later. Addresses come and go due to slots. Been there. Seen that. I still have T-Mobile 5G Home Internet and pay the full $50/month since switching to Visible at both my homes. I have considered switching to Verizon's if it were competitive in speed and price. Even with a $10/month discount it is not. Upload speed is important to me and it falls short even with their premium plan. 5G home internet address availability is a big concern. They obviously do not have enough available bandwidth for 5G home internet everywhere and all the time. I have trust issues with their ability to deliver the service. Lots of discussion about customers losing their internet support. I don't think they have fully baked this service. T-Mobile seems to be ahead in the 5G home internet space.
