Virgin Atlantic Tracking Order Status

I was travelling on upper class and service was so bad. Crew were laid back they run out of food. One member of crew was standing by snack bar brushing his teeth and was gobsmacked never seen anything like it

I had a medical situation about one hour into an 11 hour flight with Virgin. I can only describe the staff as amazing. They are clearly very well trained and they looked after me with kindness and consideration.

I had a great customer experience with booking my flights and had professional good advice during the process. I used Virgin now for over 20 years and just wanted to give a shout out. especially after experiencing British Airways recently.

Flight ok but meal in Premium Economy ran out and we were offered another snack that we had a few hours before. Flying club app is hopeless, doesn’t recognise my booking reference, ticket number or flying club number so will not add loyalty points. My first experience with Virgin and will probably be my last. Back to BA for me

Not the worst but nearly there airline. Ordered two vegan meal to enjoy while flying over Atlantic Kosher meals delivered before anyone else, helal meals delivered before anyone else and when it’s our turn, we’ve been kindly told that our request didn’t go through. Apparently there is system not allow reliable. 8 hours flight on an empty stomach
