Veronica Beard Tracking Order Status

Purchased an item that didn't fit and they did not have larger size. Charged me $15 Handling Fee! Other premium brand sites do not do this.

they sent second hand shoes after ordering and paying for new. Customer Service people are a joke so please buyer beware as this Company is totally untrustworthy

Update: After numerous requests I finally managed to contact customer service. My issue was resolved immediately thanks to Georgia, a very helpful and polite representative. It’s only because of her that I am giving 3 stars. Still, there is no excuse for such big delays. The service is horrible. I placed an order one week ago and it hasn’t even been prepared yet! I understand that there might be delays but what I don’t accept is the fact that they don’t respond to any of my emails and messages. Their call center doesn’t respond either, I have called multiple times and it’s always busy. They are acting like a scam. I don’t understand, why having an eshop if you cannot handle this? Totally disappointed, will never shop directly from them again.

I don't normally write reviews, and to be honest I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews. I am from Australia so returning the dress was going to be problematic. So i have to share my sheer joy when the dress came; the quality was amazing- the cloth, design, workmanship was perfect. I am now the proud owner of one of the best dresses I have ever owned. The fit and how it feels is amazing. Can't wait to celebrate Christmas in this dress. So don't be put off by the bad reviews, as in my experience it simply wasn't the case.

THIS IS AN UPDATE TO MY PRIOR REVIEW. I was finally contacted by phone and email by Bella in Customer Care. To my profound surprise and delight, Bella facilitated my exchange efficiently, even providing me with a free return shipping label. Within 2 days of receiving the original garments, the replacement ones were shipped to me. I have changed my review to 5 stars based on the care and concern exhibited by Bella at Veronica Beard. Although it took a little more time than I would have liked for my issue to be resolved, in the end Customer Care at Veronica Beard came through with flying colors and I could not be more satisfied with the outcome. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT. I have emailed three times and called three times. I even provided my phone number hoping to receive a call back. I was attempting to ask for a one-time exception to be made to the Final Sale policy. Two garments I purchased are cut too generously for my frame so I was hoping to exchange them for a smaller size. I was willing to pay for the shipping both ways. Clearly, placing an order over $800 does not entitle a loyal customer like me a response. I caution anyone who might take advantage of a sale on Veronica Beard's website: make sure you know the garment is going to fit. Otherwise you're SOL.
