What’s up with “ we will check with warehouse “ all the time when they reply? If they don’t have flower to send why the business still running? Their customer service is horrible and they have NO stock.

I received a box of teal roses as a gift for my birthday in April 2021. It is almost 3 years later and they still look and smell AMAZING! I can’t believe how beautiful they smell after this long. Wish I could attach pictures to this review. Love them!

My order arrived late and missed my wife's birthday. I kept messaging them on IG trying to get an answer but they don't respond to DMs. Flowers finally arrived three days after expected delivery date. Two stars because quality was not bad

Sadly I was told in their website I would get my wife’s gift on Valentine’s Day if I bought it on the 13th before noon. I paid $29 for overnight delivery on a $200 order. They didn’t deliver it until the next day (14th) and it arrived on the 15th. They then blamed Covid. And Delivery company. When it was clearly not delivered on the day I ordered it the 13th I ordered at 9am. They had all day. I wouldn’t mind if they told me they didn’t send it. But they didnt tell me. And they blamed shipping. Tsk tsk. and they offered a coupon. it’s not about the money. it was about delivering when you said you would and don’t blame FedEx.

I ordered an arrangement for Valentines Day, with delivery between 2/10 and 2/13. As of 2/13 late afternoon the order did not even have a tracking ID assigned. I contacted customer success via chat and received a template response that my complaint had been raised to the warehouse team and they would provide an update via email (I never received an email). On 2/14 (i.e. Valentine's Day) Venus et Fleur initially refused to cancel and refund the order since a shipment label was already created (a day *after* the order should have been delivered). After much back and forth with customer success team via chat and phone, they have now refunded the order. For a premium price product I would expect an immediate, no questions response for a refund request where the order was not shipped according to the terms of my order. Unfortunately, Venus et Fleur is unable to deliver on time, and has a poorly enabled customer success team to handle and resolve complaints.
