VENUS ET FLEUR – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I received a box of teal roses as a gift for my birthday in April 2021. It is almost 3 years later and they still look and smell AMAZING! I can’t believe how beautiful they smell after this long. Wish I could attach pictures to this review. Love them!

The only reason they receive a two instead of one-star is because the one rose they did send is beautiful. However, I ordered four total to match our family’s birthstone colors. I provided feedback to customer service and received a copy and paste apologies and nothing else. They are high end, and after paying high end prices, I expect to be treated high end. I could have gone to Walmart for an overall better gift for my spouse. As of right now, my replacement order is “in process” and the company has gone silent. If they are going to pretend to be high end, then they need to treat their customers as such. As for future orders, I may be joining the 22% who give this company a 1-star rating. Thoroughly disappointed. UPDATE: The company overnighted the remainder of the order. The flowers were all beautiful. This company lacks Communication, as they went silent after my complaint. Ultimately, I received what I ordered, and that’s what counts.

Venus is my personal stop for flowers for a loved one, or any special occasion. Impossible to find roses of this quality any other place, I’ve looked. I would highly recommend Venus to anyone.

I recently placed an order through Venus, It arrived in 2 days and is gorgeous, just like in the pictures.They were packaged well and came with instructions for on going care. I also received a follow up with useful information. This isn't a cheap arrangement and isn['t for everyone, but considering how long they last, I felt it was well worth every penny I spent

These Venus Et Fleur flowers are an excellent product and it comes in the most presentable package. Roses have an extremely long fragrance life. We're very happy with our purchases and will continue to purchase regularly.
