Used to be so good but the quality has gone downhill. Much prefer to support smaller retailers

I purchased a black and white BDG bandana print fleece jacket from the Glasgow Buchanan st store on Saturday extremely pleased with it even got a further discount. My 19 year old daughter and I always go there every Saturday she has a BDG corduroy jacket which she bought there and we have also bought hoodies in the past. The staff are friendly. My daughter has also purchased a number of bags from this store. They definitely deserve 5 stars hard to find good stuff in Glasgow for those prices sometimes . Don't know why others complain.

So I had a problem with one of my orders and I told the customer service agent that I wanted to option A as the solution (they gave me 2 choices). She told me that was fine and then a few days later I get an email saying they went with option B and I was pretty upset at first but then I contacted them again and they said the agent made a mistake and they will stick to option A and they included a 15% off my next order for the mistake. I like their customer service, they can be really nice and helpful. Plus they are fast!

Man får sit tøj og det er fint, men det er vildt dyrt ift. kvaliteten. Derudover er det helt umuligt at returnere, hvis man har købt online, så hvis du har købt noget, så er du stuck med det - uanset om det passer eller ej. Især hvis du ikke bor i nærheden af en UO butik. I deres fysiske butik på strøget i KBH er ekspedienterne uengagerede, og man føler sig mere som én der skal overstås fremfor en værdsat kunde. Dog har jeg oplevet én gang, at mine varer ikke kom, og da jeg kontaktede kundeservice, bad de mig vente en uge mere. Herefter skrev jeg igen, at ingenting var dukket op, og de spurgte, om jeg ville have refund eller om de skulle at sende tingene igen. Jeg bad om refund og den kom nærmest med det samme. Så som du nok kan høre, så er det blandede følelser jeg har for denne forretning, men jeg har altid kun oplevet, at din ordre kommer.
