I purchased a black and white BDG bandana print fleece jacket from the Glasgow Buchanan st store on Saturday extremely pleased with it even got a further discount. My 19 year old daughter and I always go there every Saturday she has a BDG corduroy jacket which she bought there and we have also bought hoodies in the past. The staff are friendly. My daughter has also purchased a number of bags from this store. They definitely deserve 5 stars hard to find good stuff in Glasgow for those prices sometimes . Don't know why others complain.

So I had a problem with one of my orders and I told the customer service agent that I wanted to option A as the solution (they gave me 2 choices). She told me that was fine and then a few days later I get an email saying they went with option B and I was pretty upset at first but then I contacted them again and they said the agent made a mistake and they will stick to option A and they included a 15% off my next order for the mistake. I like their customer service, they can be really nice and helpful. Plus they are fast!

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht immer gegeben, doch wenigstens kann man sich im Gegensatz zu anderen Firmen auf die Qualität verlassen. 5 Sterne gibt es für den Studi-Rabatt und freundliche Mitarbeiter. In den Stores könnte es teilweise noch mehr Umkleiden geben, da sich immer lange Schlangen bilden.
