Universal Yums Tracking Order Status

I genuinely can't understand the negative reviews. We did yums boxes for 3 years straight and loved it. It was the easiest way to get my kiddos to try new unique stuff. We'd make a whole thing out of it, read the book aloud, and all try the item at the same time. Whether we liked some of the stuff or not, it was fantastic family time had around the table and we learned tidbits about other countries. We tried another box once and we were just disappointed.

three times the boxes arrived damaged to the post office. three. once the holidays and bad ,crushed bags missing items in a dirty nylon. also bad taste. somehow i found myself paying twice for that box one never showed up months passed yet i didnt see any return refund did someone steal my box? another box and this months box in a weird way the corner like someone did something to it. it was open. not like something crushed it. cant they make a better box???

ludzie uważajcie na nich proszę, ja przeżyłem koszmar, dalej przeżywam i czuje, że to jeszcze nie koniec... mam trochę większy spokój psychiczny bo trafiłem na ludzi, którzy mi byli faktycznie w stanie pomóc... od razu wam powiem, że nie jesteście w tym sami, bo mam kontakt z osobami poszkodowanymi, jak potrzebujecie wsparcia to zapraszam do kontaktu ⁷³⁰/⁹⁵⁵/⁰⁶⁶.

I’ve been subscribed to Universal Yums for 8 years since 2016. The reason I left was because they went down in quality, lack of variety, and the price hikes for that lack of quality. The shipping they use now is FedEx parcel select or smart post. They also started adding in the sodas and drinks later on. They repeat countries and in all my years of ever being a subscriber they never did a Chinese box or a Swiss box yet they tease these items in the Christmas boxes. If I want anything from the current subscriptions I buy them from the yum shop. I think that’s a better value. Universal Yums isn’t a bad box? I had so many memories with this subscription. 3 pregnancy cravings 2 kids! Even when my kids grew up they loved the snacks. Thanks for the memories but for now it’s time for me to look at more variety. I want to add that I never needed to contact customer service in the 8 years I was with them one year I did but that was it. Never had an issue receiving my snacks! Oh and my email was replied seconds after I had sent it.

Snacks were laaaaaaame. I got the Indian package. If you like Doritos and corn flour you're all set. Nothing exotic at all about the snacks, they were literally indian-branded Doritos and different shapes of corn flour. Will not use again.
