They have some interesting products but what was to be a one-time purchase turned into marketing emails and "unsubscribe" keeps getting ignored. I chatted with the people and requested closure of two accounts that I was not even aware that I had and two weeks later I get another email that say the requested action is pending and awaiting my reply. I just chatted with them again and they said "Oh you can just delete it." Not a good experience with them and I have spent WAY TOO MUCH time clearing it up. No go on future consideration of Uncommon Goods.

Es una empresa con artículos únicos en su clase PERO... tienen una pésima gestión de envíos. Hice un pedido que dividieron en dos: Cancelaron la primer parte y la segunda la perdieron, aunque el reembolso fue rápido y sus trabajadores de servicio al cliente fueron amables y atentos, resultó tedioso. Volví a hacer el pedido y en menos de 10 días ya estaba conmigo, eso sí, tuve que hacer el pedido (por separado) es decir, primero dos piezas y después la tercera para "evitar" que de acuerdo a la existencia del producto volviese a pasar lo de dividir el pedido, cancelar y perder. En general estoy super satisfecha con mis productos pero NO con el envío, y claro, el precio. Sale más caro el envío que el artículo. No creo volver a comprar nunca aquí. P.d. escribo desde México y manejan la paqueteria DHL. (O cuando sí llegaron los artículos fue esa paquetería la que destinaron).

An item I’d ordered had not arrived on the date that was predicted. The tracking showed it “stuck” in one location for days. I emailed Customer Service, and they asked me to wait a day or two more, which I did. The item never arrived and I emailed CS, and the matter with my refund was handled quickly and efficiently.

I used to really like this website, and have used it for a few years, but since around 2021 I feel like it's not worth it anymore. Specifically, I really don't like the log in method. Signing in/connecting with Google is not something I want to do, and due to that sign in method I found myself accidentally signed in with two different Google accounts (who doesn't have multiple Google accounts, you know?), making purchases and getting two Perks memberships. I got customer service to help with it, but they were very unpleasant to deal with. On top of that, it's just too expensive for some of these very basic items, like candles and towels, etc. I plan on using the website as more of an idea board and just making their items myself, they seem quite doable, tbh.

Had a custom order that didn't work out. UncommonGoods customer service helped me out and gave me refund. They were professional and friendly. No complaints here.
